Abstract
3 clinical cases of ultrasound diagnosis of endometriosis of the appendix are presented. The review data are presented, the difficulties of diagnosing the disease are considered. The possibilities of ultrasound diagnostics have been analyzed and ultrasound signs of endometriosis of the appendix have been established.
