The Clinical Application of Transvaginal Uterine Operation

Objective To study the effects of transvaginal uterine operation.Methods 67 patiants with myoma of uterus,adenomyosis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and dysfunctional uterine bleeding were given transvaginal hysterectomy or myomectomy.Another 65 patients who accepted transabdominal uterine operation were chosen as control group.Result Transvaginal group was significantly lower than that in patients in pain,complication,crap and inpatient time after operation.Conclusions Transvaginal uterine operation shows lower damage,higher recover,no scar on abdomen,short time in hospital.It has good value to spread.
