Abstract
Objective: To explore clinical value of compound EZhu powder in the adjunctive therapy for the patients after the operation of endometriosis. Methods: Ninety-two patients were divided to three groups. Compound EZhu powder group(32 cases) took the medicine in seven days after the surgery orally, dissolved the solution(200 mL) with boiling water, once per day, the patients continued to take the medicine in the period; the treatment group of mifepristone(30 cases) were given with the drugs in seven days after the surgery, 10 mg each time, once per day; the treatment group of gestrinone(30 cases) accepted the drugs in seven days after the surgery, 2.5 mg each time, twice per week. One course of the treatment was six months. Curative effects, the conditions of pregnancy and adverse reactions of three groups were compared. Results: Total effective rate and recurrent rate of compound EZhu powder group were 96.9% and 3.1%; while the rates of the other two groups were 96.67% and 3.33%. Postoperative pregnancy rate of compound EZhu powder group was 60%, higher than 28.6% of the treatment group of mifepristone and 25% of the treatment group of gestrinone. Compound EZhu powder was with minor adverse reaction. Conclusion: Compound EZhu powder for the patients after the operation of endometriosis could improve therapeutic effects and pregnancy rate with minor adverse reaction.
