Effect of Neiyi Pill of CHEN on PGE2,PGF2α of endometrioc tissue in the rat

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Neiyi Pill of CHEN on PGE2,PGF2αof endometrioc tissue in the rat and probe into the mechanism.Methods: To establish endometriosis model in rats.The SD rats were divided into randomly five groups: Neiyi Pill of CHEN high-dose group(HDG),middle-dose group(MDG),low-dose group(LDG),Danazol group(DG),model group and SG operation group(SG).After four weeks' treatment,all the rats were observed the levels of PGE2 and PGF2α in the blood.Results: Compared with model group,the levels of PGE2 and PGF2α in the blood in very group of Neiyi Pill of CHEN and DG were reduced significantly in post four weeks(P0.05).And the level of PGE2 and in the blood in HDG and MDG was lower than that in LDG and DG(P0.05).Moreover compared with SG,there were no difference between the HDG and the MDG.The level of PGF2α in HDG,MDG and DG were lower than that in LDG(P0.05).And compared with SG,there were no difference between the three groups(P0.05).Conclusion: Neiyi Pill of CHEN can reduce the levels of PGE2 and PGF2α in the blood.Neiyi Pill of CHEN with high-dose and middle-dose can make the higher concentration return to normal level and the effect was better than the low-dose.Danazol had the same therapeutic effect.Moreover Neiyi Pill of CHEN with high-dose and middle-dose in the effect in PGE2 were better than Danazol.
