Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaozheng Sanyu Formula on OPN of endometriosis model,and to investigate its mechanism in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:Rats model of endometriosis were built by surgical transplant,and we randomly divided them into normal control group,model group,Xiaozheng Sanyu Formula group and Danazol group.After successful modeling,each group was given medicine for 3 weeks.The serum level of OPN in each group was determined by ELISA;and the positive expression of OPN protein in the focal tissue tested with immunohistochical method.Results:The model group compared with the normal control group,showing the level of OPN in serum and the positive expressions of OPN protein in the focal tissue was evidently higher(P0.01).Conclusion:Xiaozheng Sanyu Formula can decrease the level of OPN in serum and the positive expression of OPN protein in the focal tissue,therefore it can inhibit growthing of heterotopic membrane and decrease the ability of invading,transferring and implanting,so as to achieve the goals of treatment.
