Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of B ultrasound-guided puncture plus mifepristone in treating recurrent ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods 83 patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts were selected and randomly divided into observation group (41 cases) and control group (42 cases); the control group received B ultrasound-guided puncture, and the control group received extra mifepristone treatment based on control group; the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate was 95.12% in the observation group, while 76.19% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusions B ultrasound-guided puncture combined with mifepristone has significant efficacy in treating recurrent ovarian endometriosis cyst, which is worthy of clinical application.
