Analysis on Diagnosis and Treatment of Hysteroscopy Combined Laparoscopy of 196 Cases with Infertility

Abstract
Objective:To discusses the meaning of diagnosis and treatment of hysteroscopy combined laparoscopy in non-male factor infertility.Method:196 cases with non-male factor infertility from 2008 to 2011 in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were examined and diagnosed by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy,and given treatments due to different situations in operations. Result:In all of the 196 cases,73cases primary infertility,the top three risk factors were chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in 40 cases(54.79%),endometriosis in 18 cases(24.66%),polycystic ovary in 4 cases(5.48%). 123 cases of secondary infertility,the top three risk factors were chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in 82 cases(66.67%),endometriosis in 16 cases(13.01%),intrauterine adhesions in 14 cases(11.38%). 1-4 years follow-up for 111 patients showed that 50cases were pregnant,the pregnancy rate was 45.05%. Conclusion:Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis are the most common pelvic infertility factors. Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy can set their strengths. For diagnosis and treatment for uterine and pelvic disease at the same time,laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy is an important examination and treatment method for infertility.
