Abstract

Objective To analyze the characteristics and diagnostic value of ultrasonic imaging in the diagnosis of uterine muscle disease. Methods Select our hospital in March 2010 to May 2015 of 60 cases of adenomyosis patients as the research object, respectively, using by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination, analysis of ultrasound imaging characteristics and ultrasonic diagnosis application value. Results The transvaginal ultrasound examination found 58 cases of patients with uterine enlargement and abdominal ultrasound findings of 34 cases of patients with uterine enlargement; transvaginal ultrasound examination confirmed the diagnosis of uterine gland muscle disease in 53 cases. The diagnostic accordance rate was 88.3%, abdominal ultrasound examination confirmed the diagnosis of uterine gland muscle disease 40 cases, the diagnostic accordance rate was 66.7%, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);by transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound diagnosed with uterine fibroids were 11 cases. The diagnostic accordance rate of 84.6%; by transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis and uterus cyst 23 cases, diagnosis coincidence rate 92.0%, abdominal ultrasound examination confirmed the diagnosis of 19 cases. The diagnostic accordance rate of76.0%, there was no significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The ultrasonographic examination of the uterine adenomyosis has obvious characteristics, including transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for uterine adenomyosis check can to eliminate the interference of an intestinal gas and obtain clear 2-D images and clinical diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis provides an important reference.
