Effects of YiWei Decoction on Cell Factors in Endometeiosis Rats

Objective:To research the effects of YiWei Decoction(YWD) on cell factors in endometriosis rats.Methods:EMs model rats were randomly divided into high dose YWD treated group,middle dose YWD treated group,low dose YWD treated group,Danazol treated group and model group.Another,sham operation group were acted as control group.The effects on the levels of InterIeukin-1(IL-1β)、Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha(TNF-α)and vascular endothelial growth facter(VEGF)in the blood serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosobent assay(ELISA).Results:Compared with model group,the levels of IL-1β、TNF-α and VEGF of YWD treated groups decreased significantly after four weeks treated(P 0.05).Conclusions:YWD could inhibit the expression level of serum IL-1β、TNF-α and VEGF of endometriosis of rats,which maybe one of the mechanisms for YWD to inhibite the form and growth of ectopic endometrium.
