Acetic acid goserelin curative effect for the treatment of endometriosis

Abstract

Objective To evaluate goserelin acetic acid for the treatment of endometriosis. Method 98 patients diagnosed with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups,A group of 50 cases with postoperative goserelin acetic acid 3. 75 mg subcutaneous injection,once every 28 days,A total of four to six months. B group of 48 cases with postoperative 12. 5 mg oral mifepristone Once a day,the course of six months. Comparing the two groups of postoperative pelvic pain relief situation,the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions. Results A group pelvic pain relief rate was 90. 0%( 45 /50),B group was 85. 4%( 41 /48),there was no significant difference compared the two groups( P 0. 05). The recurrence rate of group A was 6. 0%( 3 /50),group B was 22. 9%( 10 /48),comparing the two groups had significant difference( P 0. 05). Adverse reaction in group A was 12. 0%( 3 /50),group B was 14. 6%( 10 /48),both no there was no significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Goserelin acetic acid treatment in the recurrence of endometriosis effect is good.
