Observed the effect of treatment of endometriosis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of endometriosis. Methods 80 patients with endometriosis were divided into drug group surgery group according to lesion site,degree,age and whether have fertility requirements, each of 40 cases. Drug group were treated by gestrinone,mifepristone,danazol,progestin,acyeterion,gonadotropin and GnRH-a. After drug invalid,surgery group was treated by surgery. After treatment,observed the clinical efficacy of 2 groups. Results Both of drug group and surgery group were achieved more satisfactory efficacy. The total efficiency of drug group was 87. 5% be inferior to surgery group 95. 0% ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion Treated endometriosis according to lesion site,degree,age and whether have fertility requirements can achieved more satisfactory efficacy.
