Abstract

In the article it was presented the results of a study the impact of IndomirolTM on the state of the hormonal system and antioxidant defense in patients with genital endometriosis. It was found that the inclusion in post-operative rehabilitation therapy complex of indomirol-containing products significantly decreases activity of estrogen-dependent processes in hyperproliferative ectopic endometrium, normalizes hormonal homeostasis, positive influence on antioxidant protection of cells by activation of antioxidant and antihypoxanth tissue enzyme systems that neutralizes free radicals.
