Analysis Therapy Effect of Endometriosis with Small Dose of Mifepristone

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of endometriosis treatment with small dose of mifepristone without affection during the menses period.Methods: 32 cases of middle to severe menalgia patient from April 2008 to October 2009 in our hospital were treated with small dose of mifepristone 14 d of menses 6.25 mg for 4 days and 6 months as acourse.The menalgia degree was observed.Results There was 40.10% of 32 cases menalgia disappeared 42.1 9%cases relief and 17.71% no effect the total effective rate is 82.29%.Conclusion: This method might treat endometriosiswith better effect and without affection on menses period.
