Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Endometriosis and Cyst Rupture Value

Objective:To discuss the ultrasonic diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis and cyst rupture and value,improve the understanding of ovarian endometriosis and cyst rupture and understanding.Methods:From October 2010 to 2010 in our hospital in October of ovarian endometriosis and 35 cases of cyst burst,ranging in age from 24 to 48 years old,average(36.40 + 4.81) years old.The abdomen and vaginal probe,observation of patients with ovarian size,shape,and texture and size of the cyst.Results:The ultrasonic testing of ovarian cyst show one hundred percent,26 cases and surgical pathology results,are tips for ovarian endometriosis cyst,and 14 cases of considering possible ovarian endometriosis and cyst rupture.Conclusions:Ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis cyst rupture and pathological examination and comparison,the result of the existence of misdiagnosis,ultrasonic diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis cyst rupture and the accuracy is 77.78%
