Информативность ИК-Фурье спектрометрии сыворотки крови в дифференциальной диагностике доброкачественных и злокачественных заболеваний эндометрия

The article reveals the data of original research of infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) informativity of blood serum in the differential diagnostics of nonmalignant and cancerous diseases of endometrium. The most informative method of early diagnostics of nonmalignant and cancerous diseases of endometrium is mentioned to be FT-IR of blood serum. This fact helps to use this method in screening examinations of patients. Less informative methods of early diagnostics of nonmalignant hyperplasia of endometrium and cancer of endometrium are hysteroscopy and ultrasound investigation of pelvic organs.
