Abstract

CASE REPORT: An unusual case of retrorectal endometriosis is presented. This presented as an asymptomatic pelvic mass at the level of the pelvic floor not contiguous with the pelvis or peritoneal cavity. RESULT: It was successfully excised via an abdominal approach.
