[Objective] To To investigate on endometriosis operation mode of treatment and the clinical effect.[Methods] Collecting December 2003 to December 2008 569 examples within the membrane ectopic cyst patients in our hospital treatment and accept laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analysed.[Results] 569 patients laparoscopic next uterus cyst operation,including mass removal 288 cases of art,bilateral bump divest 173 routines,side to side with attachments resection was 98 strip lesions,uterine and side to side with attachments resection 6 cases of strip lesions,uterine and double annex 4 cases,resection of intraoperatie simultaneously,burning peritoneal of ectopic lesions,separation,569 through liquid arcane adhesion,after taking 58 cases of pregnancy hormone drugs.The family is required,23 patients after 58 cases of pregnancy,and the other half a year and a half after 30 cases of pregnancy,5 cases not pregnant,The total effective 55%.115 patients who dysmenorrhea,alleviate symptoms of 97 percent of 17 cases,the total effective rate.[Conclusion] laparoscopic surgery treatment ovarian endometriosis cyst is a safe and effective method,through the research found that surgery can improve the quality of life of the patients of merger,the treatment of infertility,and improve pregnancy rate.
