Effect of Promote-blood-flow Decoction on Apoptosis of Ectopic Endometrium Cells in an Endometriosis Rat Model

Objective:TO investigate the effect of promote-blood-flow on apoptosis of the ectopic endometrial tissue in endometriosis model rats.Methods:First,rat endometriosis model was produced.Second,four weeks after the operation, the EMT model rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: one experimental group and the other control group.The experimental group were poured Chinese medicine down the throds every day for each rat.Third,the apoptosis index of the ectopic endometrial tissue in both groups were detected after one month.Results: The apoptosis index of control group was lower than it of experimental group(P0.01).Conclusion: The promote-blood-flow decoction could promote the apoptosis of the ectopic endometrial tissue in endometriosis model rats.
