Effect of preoperative treatment of gestrinone on laparoscopic excision of ovarian endometriosis cysts

Objective To study the effect of preoperative treatment of gestrinone on laparoseopic excision of ovarian endometriosis cysts.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with laparoscopic excision of ovarian endometriosis cysts were analyzed retrospectively,of which 26 cases in study group accepted preoperative treatment of gestrinone for 3 months,and the other 30 cases in control group accepted no preoperative treatment.Results The operating time,bloos loss volume,integrity of cyst wall in study group and control group were ( 56 ± 15 ) min,( 75 ± 27 ) min,( 30 ± 13 ) ml,( 30 ± 13 ) ml,21 cases (80.76％ ),9 cases(30.0％ ),respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups ( P ＜ O.01 ).Conclusions Preoperative treatment of gestrinone is helpful for laparoseopic excision of ovarian endometriosis cysts,which can minimize the blood loss volume,make the procedure more easier,and improve the quality of operation.
