Collaboration with exclusive patent, know-how, process and technology license to make, have made, use, sell, import and sublicense products comprising compounds against specific targets, including Chk1 inhibitors having activity with Ki, pKb or EC50 for enzymes and non-enzymatic receptor antagonists or agonists, for the fields of vascular disease, oncology, inflammatory disease, including angiogenesis, ocular conditions, endometriosis, atherosclerosis, cardiac ischemia, congestive heart failure, renal disease, thrombosis, asthma, chronic pulmonary, pulmonary hypertension, and transplant rejection, with exclusive patent, know-how, process and technology license back to licensor in the field, for biotherapeutic, refused or returned candidate products.
