ANALISIS EKSPRESI ONKOGEN BCL-2 PADA ENDOMETRIOMA DAN KARSINOMA OVARII

Background : In general endometriosis causes disturbances such as pain, infertility and enlargement or ovarian timour. Recently many researches show the escalation of the risk of endometrioma becomes oavrian carcinoma. After becoming ovarian carcinoma, so a bad influence will happen to the quality of the women concerned. A scientific study is needed to know and learn the meaning of the score difference of Bcl-2 oncogenic expression on endometrioma and ovarian carcinoma. Method : This analytical observation study with cross – sectional approach on oncogenic expression Bcl-2 endometrioma. The subjects of research are 20 patients with endometrioma and another 20 patients with ovarian carcinoma, in which 10 cases are of carcinoma with good serosa differentiation, low grade and the other 10 cases are of ovarian carcinoma with good musinosum defferentiation, low grade. Afterward an immuno-histological dyeing is done in order to decide the oncogenic expression Bcl-2 by using histological score on endometrioma as well as ovarian carcinoma. Finally a statistical analysis can be made. Result : Oncogenic expression Bcl-2 by using histological score, a meaningless difference is found between endometrioma and ovarian carcinoma ( p= 0,782 )Conclusion : Bcl-2 oncogenic expression on endometrioma is not different from Bcl-2 oncogenic expression on ovarian carcinoma. Endometrioma has the characteristic like that of the cancerous cells which are likely to have the potency to become malignant. Key words : Endometrioma, ovarian carcinoma, oncogenic expression Bcl-2.
