Study on the Effect of YWL on the Lever of Endocrine Hormone of Endometrisosis

Objective :To approach the function of endocrine hormone in the course of endometriosis,and the effect of prescription Yi Wei Ling(YWL) on the function of Neuroendocrine Immune Netwrok of endometriosis. Method :Use implantation method to make the model of endometriosis,and compared with control group,YWL group and west medicine group.The level of estradiol(E\-2),Progesterone(P),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) and cortisol (Cr) of bolld were detected by the method of radio imunity. Results :The level of E\-2 model group was obviously higher than that of control group,and the level of P,ACTH,Cr were obviously lower than that of control group( P 0 01, P 0 05).YWL can down regulate the level of E\-2 and up regulate the level of P,Cr( P 0 01).While western medicine can only regulate the level of E\-2 and P( P 0 05),yet it can′t up regulate the level of Cr in statistical analysis.These two treatment groups both can up regulate the level of ACTH,but has no sense in statistical analysis. Conclusion :The disorder function of endocrine took great part in the course of endometriosis.The effect of YWL was superior than that of western medicine.The mechanism of YWL treating endometriosis was probably realized by regularting the function of body′s Neuroendocrine Immune Network.
