Abstract
Objective To explore the expressions of bcl 2,ER and PR in ectopic endometrium of myometrium, ovary, uterine tube and eutopic endometrium. Methods The expressions of bcl 2,ER and PR in 15 cases of ectopic endometrium of myometium,15 cases of ectopic endometrium of ovary,5 cases of ectopic endometrium of uterine tube and 25 cases of eutopic endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical S P method. Results The positive rate of bcl 2 expression in ectopic endometriosis of myometrium, uterine tube and ovary was 100%, 100% and 86.6%, respectively;while the positive rate of bcl 2 expression was 52%. The positive rate of ER expression ectopic endometrium of myometrium and ovary was 6.7% and 33.0%,respectively; while there was no positive expression in 5 case of uterine tube. The positive rate of PR expression in ectopic endometrium of myometrium and ovary was 86.6% and 20.0%,respectively;while there was positive expression in all of the cases of uterine tube. Conclusion The apoptosis of endometriotic cells were less than that of eutopic endometrium significantly. The proliferation and secretion of ectopic endometrioum and eutopic endometrium were out of step.Endometriosis of ovary and fallopian tube may be ralated to heterodifferentiation of primitive mesenchymal cell.
