Abstract
Objective:To study the Juan tong Decoction of endometriosis rats serum IL-2 content.Methods:SPF female SD rats were divided control model group,and Juan tong Decoction high-dosage groups,dose group of low dose group,and pregnant three ketene group by rats,autologous endometrial endometriosis made by ELISA method,test each rat serum IL-2 content analysis and comparison.Results:The model of rats,serum IL-2 levels were significantly higher than blank group(P0.01),Juan tong Decoction of high,medium and low dose group,pregnant three ketene group can reduce serum IL-2 levels(P0.05),which Juan tong Decoction and serum IL-2 dose group was obviously lower pregnant three ketene group(P0.05).Conclusion:Juan tong Decoction may be reduced by endometriosis rats serum IL-2 levels of endometriosis produce therapeutic effect.
