Investigate the expression and relationship between VEGF,TNF-α,IL-6 with peritoneal of endometriosis

Objective To investigate the relationship between VEGF,TNF-α,IL-6 expression in serum and peritoneal fluid the patients of endometriosis and its role in the disease development. Methods The patients with endometriosis in gynecology hospital in 2012 September to 2013 May were included as experimental group( 80 cases),and non endometriosis patients was considered as control group( 80 cases). The two groups of patients peritoneal fluid and serum VEGF,TNF- α,IL- 6 levels by enzyme immunoassay was analyzed and compared the corresponding statistical method. Results 1VEGF,TNF- α,IL- 6 levels in the endometriosis group serum and peritoneal fluid was significantly higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). 2Endometriosis clinical staging of R- AFS stages of VEGF,TNF- α,IL-6 levels in serum and peritoneal fluid had significant difference,and there is a positive significant correlation. The difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion 1The process of VEGF,TNF- α,IL- 6 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis may play a assisting role. 2VEGF,TNF- α,IL- 6 levels in serum and peritoneal fluid can be used to endometriosis diagnosis and severity judgment index.
