Effects and safety of GnRH-a in endometriosis patients undergoing endometriosis

Objective:To study and investigate the effects and safety of GnRH-a in endometriosis patients undergoing endometriosis.Methods:A total of 74patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional operation treatment plus gestrinone group,n=37cases)and observation group(conventional operation treatment plus GnRH-agroup,n=37cases),then the complete remission rate,relapse rate and adverse reaction rate of stageⅠtoⅡand stageⅢtoⅣpatients,serum content and positive rate of hs-CRP and CA125before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The complete remission rates of observation group(stage Ⅰ toⅡ and stageⅢtoⅣpatients)were higher than those of control group,relapse rate and adverse reaction rate were lower than those of control group,serum content and positive rate of hs-CRP and CA125were lower than those of control group too(Pall0.05).Conclusion:With great safety,GnRH-a shows good effects on endometriosis patients who underwent operation.
