Abstract

Endometriose betrifft weltweit 176 Mio. Frauen im gebährfähigen Alter. Die Beschwerden reichen von Dysmenorrhö, chronischen Beckenschmerzen bis hin zu Dyspareunie und Subfertilität. Eine retrospektive, longitudinale Fall-Kontroll-Studie hat die Auslastung von Versorgungsressourcen und die Behandlungskosten bei Frauen mit und ohne diagnostizierter Endometriose verglichen.
