Abstract
Objective: To explore the risk factors of reproductive status of the patients with endometriosis and infertility after minimally invasive surgery.To provide a useful basis for clinical treatment.Methods:clinical data of 100 patients with endometriosis and infertility after minimally invasive surgery were analysed from January 2009 to December 2010.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyse the reproductive status of postoperative.Result: The postoperative pregnancy rate of the 100 cases was 57.00%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the patients' age,time of infertility and infertility type were the risk factors of reproductive status.The use of ovulation induction drugs was the protective factors for postoperative reproductive status.Conclusion: The patients' age,time of infertility,infertility type and the use of ovulation induction drugs are the reproductive status factors of the patients with endometriosis and infertility after minimally invasive surgery.These interventions should be strengthened in clinical to improve the pregnancy rate of the patients with endometriosis and infertility after minimally invasive surgery.
