Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Moderate Endometriosis by Laparoscopic Operation Combined with Luoshi Neiyi Prescription

Objective:To observe clinical value and pregnancy of moderate endometriosis patients after laparoscopic operation by the treatment of Luoshi Neiyi Prescription.Methods:30 endometriosis patients were randomly divided into a group of Luoshi Neiyi prescription and a group of nemestron,15 patients per group.Their clinical symptoms and sign improvement,pregnancy and the changes of estrogen and progestogen in progestational stage were observed after the two groups of the patients were treated.Results:Both Luoshi Neiyi prescription and nemestron could improve the dysmenorrhosea and menstrual disorders of the patients and prevent the recurring of the illness,showing no significance difference(P0.05).Luoshi Neiyi prescription didn't affect the ovary function and menstruation of the patients,with no obvious adverse reaction,and help get pregnancy as soon as possible.Conclusions:Luoshi Neiyi prescription has a better effect on the treatment of the endometriosis patients,safe and no adverse reaction and is helpful to quick pregnancy.
