Development of tdTomato mouse model of endometriosis and endosalpingiosis.

other OA: green CC0

Abstract

A. After hormonal synchronization, tdT endometrial and oviductal tissue were collected, processed, and injected into WT recipient mice. B. 28 days post injections recipient mice were imaged with a Kodak in-vivo imaging system, visualized fluorescent light from the implanted endometrial or oviductal tdT tissues (red arrows) representing endometriosis and endosalpingiosis mouse models respectively. C. After euthanization, the fluorescent endometrial or endosalpingeal lesions were counted and collected for histological analysis using direct visualization with green light and red filter.
