Abstract
The clinical course of external genital endometriosis is characterized by systemic disorders of immune status. The use in the postoperative period in patients with external genital endometriosis of the complex nature of natural healing factors, including radon balneotherapy, provides a correction of immunological parameters, the prevention of postoperative complications, functional recovery of ovarian activity and helps to restore the quality of life and fertility patients.
