Abstract
Objective To research the relation between haptoglobin and the severity of dysmenorhea in patients with endometriosis.Methods Expression of Hp in patients of endometriosis was detected with immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of Hp in the lesion tissue was gradually decreasing from mild to severe dysmenorrhea group in endometriosis.Conclusion The reduce of Hp expression was closely related to dysmenorhea in patients with endometriosis.
