Dane Funkang jiangao therapy on endometriosis of 65 patients

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Dan'e Funkang jiangao therapy on endometriosis.Methods A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(65 cases) and the control group(55 cases),which were given Dan'e Funkang jiangao and gestrinone respectively for three months.The curative effect,improvement of symptoms,serum CA125 and drug safety of two groups were observed.Results The serum CA125 levels of two groups decreased(P0.05),degression of the treatment group was more obvious than it of control group(P0.05).The symptoms of algomenorrhea were greatly improved,but the improvement effect of treatment group was better than the control group,there was significant difference(P0.05).The overall effect of the treatment group and control group were 92.0%,92.7%,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).The side effects of the treatment group were less than the control group.Conclusion The clinical effect and safety of Dan'e Funkang jiangao in endometriosis is obvious.The clinical application of Dan'e Funkang jiangao is well worth clinical application.
