Abstract
Objective:To explore intrauterine device on Mirena in the treatment of uterine glands of myopathy clinical efficacy and side effects.Methods:observed 48 cases in patients with uterine gland myopathy placed on Mirena before and after dysmenorrhea degree,menstrual quantity and the volume of change.Results:48 cases of uterine adenomyosis ring in place after Mirena significantly reduced the degree of dysmenorrhea,menstruation was significantly reduced,no significant change inuterinevolume.Conclusion:Mirena ring for the treatment of adenomyosis by the amount of increase,dysmenorrhea might have a good effect.
