Современные подходы к ведению раннего послеоперационного периода у больных в аспекте профилактики стрессового эрозивно-язвенного повреждения желудочно-кишечного тракта

The article deals with findings of efficacy investigation of rabeprazole (Geerdin), proton-pump inhibitor, in prevention of stress-induced erosive-ulcerative lesion of upper gastrointestinal in early postoperative period in patients with abdominal surgical pathology. It has been shown that Geerdin use makes it possible to achieve the reduction of probability of development of stress-induced erosive-ulcerative lesion of upper gastrointestinal by 56.6 %.
