Improved surgical capsule in the treatment of joint pain sanjie adenomyosis of clinical research

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of the modified surgery of Transverse H Incision Technique at the corpus uteri with lesions supplemented with the Lump-dissolving and Pains-Relieving Capsule in treating adenomyosis.Methods Thirty-eight female patients with adenomyosis were selected and divided randomly into two groups: 20 patients were treated only by the modified surgery of Transverse H Incision Technique,18 cases combined the modified surgery with the traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine of Lump-dissolving and Pains-relieving Capsules were added to the latter group for 3 months as routine therapy after the modified surgery.Compare the curative effect of the two groups from the symptom of dysmenorrhea,the reducted menstrual volume of menorrhagia,the womb size,the level of blood serum CA125,and IL-6 were examined before and after therapy.Results The comparation of the symptom of dysmenorrhea,the reducted menstrual volume of menorrhagia,the womb size between two groups showed significant statastical difference(P0.05),the level of blood serum CA125 and IL-6 in the group with traditional Chinese medicine dropped sharply after treatment,and there were significant difference between the data from the two groups(P0.05). Conclusions The clinical curative effect of the group treated by both the modified surgery of Transverse H Incision Technique and the traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in raising the clinical cure rate and relieving the clinical symptoms.
