Abstract
Chronic pelvic pain syndrome is one of the urgent problems of modern gynecology, significantly affecting the quality of life, reproductive health, and psycho-emotional condition of women. This study examines the clinical and monitoring approach to the management of chronic pelvic pain syndrome in women with gynecological diseases. Particular attention is paid to the etiological factors, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, and monitoring principles of the disease. The role of комплексного clinical assessment, laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods, as well as individualized therapeutic strategies in improving treatment outcomes is highlighted. The study also emphasizes the importance of dynamic monitoring in evaluating treatment effectiveness, preventing complications, and improving patients’ quality of life. The obtained results confirm the necessity of an integrated clinical and monitoring approach in the management of chronic pelvic pain syndrome in gynecological practice.
