Характеристика экстрагенитальной патологии у пациенток с хроническими воспалительными заболеваниями гениталий

Th e objective of this study is to assess the state of somatic health in 87 women with chronic vaginitis, 79 women with chronic salpingo-ophoritis and endometritis versus 32 healthy women. Gastrointestinal abnormalities dominated in patients with infl ammatory diseases of lower part of genital tract that indicates the disorder of vaginal and intestinal biocenosis. Th e patients with chronic infl ammatory processes of genital upper part suff ered from chronic tonsillitis, chronic sinusitis, chronic pharyngitis and thyroid disorders more frequently. It should be noted that high incidence of vegetative dystonia, dysplastic breast processes, urinary tract diseases and thyroid structure lesions were revealed in all patients with chronic infl ammatory genital diseases regardless the degree of disorder. Taking into account the high incidence of exragenital pathology it is necessary to develop a system approach for diff erentiated treatment and preventive measures for patients with chronic infl ammatory genital diseases that is especially important during pregravidar preparation.
