The application of aysteroscope and hysteroscope to infertility

Objective:Infertility is not a solitary disease and results from many factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the exhibit of patient with infertility by laparoscopy and agsteroscope. Method: There were 78 women with infertility who were examined and poured normal saline into their fallopians under laparoscopy,and aysterscope. Result:In 48 of 78 cases suffered from primary infertility and the others 30 cases were due to secondary. The first cause of infertility was endometriosis (65.4% ) and the second was pelvic inflammatory disease (11.5 % ) with laparoscopy. However, only 5 of 78 cases were abnormal with aysteroscope, approximately 6.4%. The 9 fallopians of the five patients presented block by pouring normal saline into its under laparoscopy. But there were only 4 fallopians were partly obstructed and the othey five were unobstructed by same method under aysteroscope. Conclusion:We may accurately judge the character and degree of interiororgan of generation disease and treat them simultaneously by asysteroscope,for example,ovariostomy. we are not only determine whether the fallopian is open,but also we can cure the disease at the same time.
