Abstract

Objective: To investigate the surgical procedures,safety and clinical efficacy of hysterectomy for uterine benign diseases. Methods:From October 2002 to September 2003,fascial hysterectorny by electrosection and fasical denudation were carried out in treatment of hysteroma,endometriosis,dysfunction uerine bleeding,serious cerivical atypical hyperplasia and benign ovarian tumors.Results:207 cases and 15 cases of serious pelvic stick performed operation successfully.Conclusion:The technique of fascial hysterectomy by electrosection and fasical denudation is simple,safe with mini-trauma,less blooding,short duration of operating,less complication and early venting.It assures structural integration in pelvic floor after operation.
