Abstract

Endometriosis is a medical condition in women characterized by the growth of endometrial cells outside the uterine cavity. The variables used in this study are the type of endometriosis, type of surgery, exercise time, staying up time, fruit consumption, vegetable consumption, gluten consumption, fat consumption, milk consumption, yogurt consumption, kefir consumption, cheese consumption and diet. Based on these variables, a study was conducted on Kaplan Meier survival analysis in endometriosis patients who experienced a postoperative relapse using the Log Rank test to see what factors could influence the relapse time of endometriosis patients. The probability of resistance to relapse time in endometriosis patients using the Kaplan Meier method results in decreased resistance to relapse when seen from relapse time in the first month, which value is 0.9 or 90% whereas in the 108th month the patient's resistance to time to relapse reaches 0.15 or 15%. The results of the analysis and discussion based on the Log Rank test results explain that the variables that significantly influence the recurrence time are gluten consumption, type of operation, exercise time, cheese consumption, type of endometriosis, and milk consumption. Keywords: Endometriosis, Kaplan Meier Analysis, Log Rank Test
