Abstract

Es wird vermutet, dass sich eine Endometriose ungünstig auf die embryonale Entwicklung und Implantation auswirkt. Mit welchen weiteren maternalen und fetalen bzw. neonatalen Schwangerschaftskomplikationen müssen die betroffenen Frauen rechnen? Diese Fragestellung haben kanadische Wissenschaftler anhand einer großen Kohortenstudie untersucht.
