Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonograghy and abdominal ultrasonograghy in diagnos adenomyosis.Method: From January 2004 to July 2005,155 patients with adenomyosis were proved with pathology.All patients were examined by transvaginal ultrasonograghy and abdominal ultrasonograghy before operation.Result: The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonograghy and abdominal ultrasonograghy were 89.67% and 66.80% respectively,with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Comparing with abdominal ultrasonograghy,transvaginal ultrasonography had more accuracy in diagnosis with adenomyosis.
