These uncertainties may be pertaining to the unambiguous nature of data, intrinsic errors involved due to rainfall randomness etc. To tackle such situations of uncertainties, probabilistic dual hesitant sets (PDHFSs) are the best fit. The information gathered in the form of PDHFSs not only contains the aspect of surety/unsurety, but also considers the associated probable information. Thus, utilizing the advantages of PDHFSs, this article focusses on developing TOPSIS and CODAS based on weight determination using FUCOM technique. Further, the proposed methodology is applied on a problem based on rainfall analysis and a detailed comparison analysis is done with the existing methodologies.
