Cesarean section abdominal wall endometriosis 11 cases

Objective To evaluate the surgical incision abdominal wall endometriosis clinical features,diagnosis and treatment methods and preventive measures.Methods 11 cases of abdominal incision in patients with endometriosis clinical data.Results All cases lesion excision,no recurrence after operation.Conclusion Abdominal incision endometriosis surgery may be based on history,typical clinical features and gynecology and make a diagnosis of B-ultrasound.Surgical treatment of this disease is the first choice.Focus on the range and depth of cases,surgery should be careful to choose the timing,during and after the proper handling will help the wound heal and prevent recurrence.
