Tumor Mimicking Bladder Endometriosis
This paper presents three cases of bladder endometriosis mimicking bladder tumors, characterized by endometrial stroma and glands within the bladder wall, and treated with surgical resection.

This paper reports three hospital case reports of patients presenting with dysuria and abdominal pain who had a prior cesarean section history, with bladder radiology showing solid bladder wall masses (including one polypoid luminal mass). The authors describe management by transurethral resection in two cases and partial cystectomy in one case, and histology showing endometrial-type stroma and glands embedded in smooth muscle. Immunohistochemistry was positive for CD10 in stromal components and estrogen/progesterone receptors in epithelial components. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — it presents tumor-mimicking bladder endometriosis as a differential diagnosis for mass-forming urinary tract lesions.
