Analysis of Combined Hysteroscopy and Laparocscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of 108 Cases with Sterility

To explore the clinical value of combined hysteroscopic and laparoscopic treatment for sterility.Hysteroscopic and laparoscopic diagnoses and treatments were applied to 108 infertile cases.Hydrotubation,patency of tubes were observed and compared with hysterosalpinograms(HSGs); the fertile situation after operations of sterile patients was tracked.Pelvic adhesion, endometriosis,and morbid changes in the uteri were common causes of sterility. The combined hysteroscopy and laparscopy could improve the repatency rate of salpinxes(81.94%)and the impregnation rate(54.63%).[Conclusion]The combined hysteroscopic and lapraoscopic treatment technique has significant effects in the treatment of sterility.
