Оптимизация лечения гнойных воспалительных заболеваний придатков матки

Study results of surgical treatment efficacy of patients aged from 16 to 50 years having inflammatory disease of uterine appendages by means of antibacterial therapy are presented in the paper. Surgical treatment of 70 females included the laparoscopic and laparotomic approach. The results showed that maintaining surgeries allow to preserve fertility and menstrual function in 68,57% and 14,28% of patients respect. Treatment with Claforan and Cefepim needed using of less doses with more remarkable therapeutic effect. As a result, hospitalization period was decreased.
