Abstract
We report a case of a 51-year-old woman with a aortic arch pseudoaneurysm first diagnosed by contrast-enhanced echocardiography. We believe that with careful scanning and image interpretation of arch lesions, contrast-enhanced echocardiography can serve as a reliable imaging method to diagnose aortic arch pseudoaneurysms, especially when the patient cannot undergo CTA and MRI.
