Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect comparison of medicine treatment between Mifepristone and Gestrinone after laparoscopy in treating ovarian cysts in endometriosis.Methods 56 patients with ovarian endometrial implantation were randomly divided into 2 groups: the patients in group A was administrated Mifepristone after the laparoscopy,and the patients in group B was administrated Gestrinone after the laparoscopy.The results were compared between 2 groups.Results The effectiveness in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P0.05).There was no difference in recurrence rate between group A and group B(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy is suitable for the treatment of ovarian cysts in endometriosis.It is effective by using Mifepristone after the Laparoscopy in treating ovarian cysts in endometriosis.
